The 4-Hour Body— Does It Deliver Results?

We all love quick fixes. But is it good to apply quick fixes in such sensitive cases like your health? You need to decide that. I read Timothy Ferriss’s  new bestseller “The 4-Hour Body” and I was wondering whether it is good for us or not. Ferris claims of doing some things that may look surprising.
According to Ferriss, he gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days. He also says that preventing fat gain while bingeing on 6,000 delicious calories in 12 hours is possible. He wants to tell you how to do it.
The book by Ferriss has  dominated the Amazon and New York Times bestseller lists for months.
